DCFF's lodging partners the Coachlite Inn (Sister Bay), the Ridges Inn and Beantown Campground (Baileys Harbor) have been extremely generous by holding moderately-priced accommodations (at discounted rates) for participants who register through DCFF. We're fortunate for their continuing this relationship now that the tourist season begins earlier in the summer.

Due to the increased demand for space during the tourist season, these operators are now asking us to confirm our lodging needs earlier and they're asking us to release unused space back to them sooner.

DCFF is currently holding:

  • a block of 14 rooms at the Ridges Inn (Baileys Harbor)
  • a block of 18 rooms at the Coachlite Inn (Sister Bay)
  • a block of primitive campsites at Beantown Campground (Baileys Harbor)
  • for campers who and need RV accommodations - please call to discuss

If you plan to book lodging through DCFF, secure your Festival lodging by making an early reservation deposit as soon as you can.

Beginning March 20, 2019 we'll begin accepting early reservation deposits for lodging on this webpage:

  • You may reserve motel lodging if you're staying 3 or more nights
  • You may reserve tent space in the campground for any number of nights
  • If you need RV space in the campground, please call to discuss
  • For extended stays (a few days before or after the festival), we may be able book you at our discounted rate - please call to discuss
  • NOTE: Your lodging reservation secures you space (as available) in your preferred motel or campground
    • You may request a specific room or site and we'll do our best to work with the operators to honor your request
    • Final room and site assignments are made at the discretion of the operator and will be made in June
    • After each early reservation period, operators may ask us to release some remaining unreserved space back to them
