MOVEABLE FEAST PICNIC DINNER - (Friday 6:00pm to 8:00pm - Baileys Harbor Park)

For 2016, we're revising the Picnic Dinner Format for Baileys Harbor Park!

The Friday Picnic Dinner changes to a BYOE (Bring Your Own Everything) format. That is, everyone is invited to come together for a good time of socializing, eating and drinking, etc.  However, everyone must bring their own food, beverages, utensils, tablecloths, etc.  Suggestion: Consider organizing & sharing in small groups! The Picnic Committee will provide grills and grillmasters (for cooking and warming), and will coordinate the clean-up tasks. Singing, Music and Dancing in the park follows this event.

Previous Pot Luck Picnics have been TREMENDOUS successes. So let's continue this tradition in a new format!

There will be no charge for this event. 

Dinner will be served when you get there on Friday and will end at 8:00pm

WHAT TO BRING:

• BYOE - Bring Your Own Everything
• Bring portable lawn chairs, blankets, and small grills if you are able.
• Musicians bring your instruments, singers bring your voices, and dancers bring your dancing shoes to the picnic. Opportunities to play music, sing, dance, etc. will completely spontaneous.
• Bring your appetite for good eating and a good time.

PARKING:

• There is ample parking in the Baileys Harbor Park/Town Hall Parking Lot and there is plenty of parking on adjacent streets in town.
