Barbara Rose began ballet at age 24 to become more graceful and decrease stress. In 1977 she began weekly IFD classes at UWM and was dancing nearly every day. After completing her RN degree in 1980 she joined Syrena Polish FD Ensemble and Viata Romanian FD performing group and danced with both groups until 1997 when she moved to TN.

Currently she dances with a weekly Scandinavian group which does 30 minutes of Bulgarian dances as a warm-up. And, teaches several group Essentrics classes and private classes too. Health and fitness is her passion.

BarbaraRose is a RN, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Nutrition Health Coach, and Essentrics Level 1 Teacher. Her nursing background includes 20 years as an Nephrology Nurse, 4 years as an Air Force Reserve Flight Nurse, and 8 years as a Residential Hospice Nurse.

BarbaraRose recently became an Essentrics Level 1 Instructor while exploring ways to maintain greater flexibility and bone strength.
